How trials, cancellations and billing reviews work.
Paid plans include a seven-day trial. You can cancel renewal, and you can ask Plynt to review an incorrect or exceptional charge. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Trial period
A paid plan may be evaluated during the stated seven-day trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge, subject to the exact checkout terms shown when you subscribe.

Monthly cancellation
Cancel a monthly subscription to stop future renewal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period; unused time is not automatically refunded unless law requires it.

Annual cancellation
Cancel an annual subscription to stop the next yearly renewal. A recent annual charge may be reviewed case by case, especially for duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised billing.

How to request review
Email info@plynt.us with the workspace name, invoice reference, charge date and reason. Do not email full card or bank-account details.

Exclusions and legal rights
Refunds may be denied for consumed service, policy abuse or charges outside a reasonable review period, but this policy does not remove rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
