The rules for using Plynt.
These terms govern access to the Plynt marketing site and Workspace OS. By creating or using a workspace, you accept them for yourself and any organisation you are authorised to represent.

Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to form a contract and have authority to accept these terms for an organisation. Account information must be accurate and kept current.

Service and accounts
Plynt provides software for service-business operations and may improve it over time. You are responsible for credentials, workspace membership, role assignments and activity under your account.

Acceptable use
Do not use Plynt unlawfully, infringe rights, upload malicious code, probe other customers' data, bypass access controls, overload the service or misrepresent the product.

Customer content and licences
You retain rights in content you provide and grant Plynt the limited rights needed to host, process, back up and display it solely to operate the service.

Plans, billing and taxes
Paid plans are billed according to the checkout terms. Annual headline prices are 20% below corresponding monthly rates. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless law requires Plynt to collect them.

Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or close a workspace. Plynt may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, security risk or legal requirement, with notice where reasonably possible.

Warranties and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Plynt does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or business outcomes and excludes indirect or consequential loss where lawful.

Changes and contact
Material term changes are dated and communicated when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where law permits; otherwise you may stop using the service.
