The service
Plynt provides the Workspace OS as described on this site. We may improve the product over time; material changes are communicated in the changelog.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for the activity within workspaces you administer, including access granted to members and contractors.
Acceptable use
Do not use Plynt to store or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, or intended to harm others; do not attempt to disrupt the service or bypass access controls.
Payments
Paid plans are billed per seat, with annual billing as the headline and a 20% uplift for monthly billing. Paid tiers include a 7-day trial. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
Intellectual property
Plynt retains all rights in the product and its brand. You retain all rights in the operational data you put into your workspace.
Disclaimer and liability
Plynt is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss.
Termination
You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend access for material breach of these terms; where possible we notify you first and give you a chance to remedy.
