Get help with the Business Scan, demo requests and setting up your first workflow.
01
Send a website demo request
Complete the form, review your details and send the request. Save its reference. It confirms the website accepted the request and lets us identify it during follow-up. We pass the request to our contact email service; the meeting time still needs to be agreed with you. If receipt cannot be confirmed, retry the same request or use the email-draft option.
02
Manage saved scan data
Your scan answers stay in this browser, where the report is calculated. They are not automatically attached to a demo request. Clear saved scan removes the local assessment; submitted requests and exported reports remain. For a request about records held on the server, email info@plynt.us.
03
Manage optional website analytics
Optional measurement requires permission and excludes scan answers, scores, business figures and form free text. Declining leaves the scan and demo form usable. lets you stop future events and request cleanup; a failed cleanup offers a retry. Details and retention limits are on the Privacy and Browser storage pages.
04
Set up your workspace
Choose a workspace owner and set the company name, time zone and currency. Add your first clients and services, then invite the people who will run the first workflow.
05
Test a complete workflow
Choose one process: turn a request into a task, record time against a task, or follow an invoice through to payment. Set the owner, stages, deadlines and completion criteria. Run through the process once and review the result before expanding.
06
People, accounts and access
An employee record holds work information about a person. A user account lets them sign in. When responsibilities change, review their workspace membership and role. Financial information is restricted in employee views.
07
Prepare existing data for transfer
Before transferring data, ask PLYNT which imports and methods are supported. Match source fields to their destinations, keep the original export and compare a small sample after transfer. Check that records link to the right companies and clients. A general-purpose CSV importer has not been confirmed as available.
08
Work with clients
Link projects, requests, approvals, portal access and renewal information to the right client. Before sharing, check which records the client can see.
09
Get direct support
Email info@plynt.us with your workspace, the affected page or record, and what you expected to happen. Describe what happened instead and include a screenshot if useful. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
What makes PLYNT different?+
PLYNT connects daily work with business results. A client request stays linked to the agreed scope, responsible people, tasks, approved time, payments and costs. Teams can understand what happened and use the same information to plan the next step.
Does it replace every application?+
PLYNT brings core work and business operations together. Specialist creative tools, email and statutory accounting may still be needed. Check feature availability and the functions your team uses before replacing a subscription.
What is Task Composer being developed to prepare?+
Task Composer is being developed to prepare tasks, deliverables, acceptance criteria, dependencies, estimates and suggested owners from a brief. You review missing information and choose who is responsible. Task Composer and lifecycle automation remain product direction.
What does time capture record?+
The capture policy covers application names, domains and active durations. It excludes screenshots, keystrokes, page contents and document titles. Personal activity stays separate from approved work time. Confirm availability for your devices.
Is 50% saving guaranteed?+
No. Use the comparison to test your team size, selected plans and billing period. The result covers those subscriptions only. Your saving depends on the tools you can retire and the functions you still need.
What does Core cost?+
Core is $249 per month with 10 users included. Annual billing is $2,390.40, equivalent to $199.20 per month, with a 20% annual discount.
Is CRM available now?+
CRM is a planned expansion. PLYNT’s current client management and the future sales pipeline have separate scopes.
Do I need an account for the Business Scan?+
No. The 21-question assessment and its report run locally in this browser. Your answers are not submitted to a server.
