Planned AI capabilities include turning briefs into plans, using workspace knowledge, identifying blocked work, suggesting time entries and analyzing business performance.
An expanded AI Board is in development. It is intended to link risks, warnings, important information and positive changes to the records behind them and suggest a response. Its analysis is limited to information the user can access.
The current advisory model draws on three roles: Revenue Strategist, Finance & Risk Controller, and People & Operations Director. Private Time Intelligence is still in development.
The automation roadmap starts with observation, suggestions and drafts, then moves toward actions within granted permissions. The planned controls protect manual edits and require approval and a recorded history for high-risk actions. These are roadmap requirements; they do not mean every capability is available today.
The planned CRM is intended to connect sales opportunities and commercial conversations with the start of client work, so the team can see what was agreed. It is separate from the client-management capabilities available today.
