Three tools: Asana Starter ($10.99), Slack Pro ($7.25) and Harvest Teams ($9), per user per month on annual billing. Asana Starter does not include time tracking, which is why Harvest is in the stack.

All figures are per month with annual billing. Harvest lists timesheet approvals on its Enterprise plan ($14 per seat). PLYNT is priced per workspace; monthly billing is $27, $57 and $177 for these plans.
What the three tools do better
- Slack is a dedicated messaging platform. PLYNT’s chat is built around the work, and expanded channels are in development.
- Each tool can be replaced on its own, without moving everything at once.
What one workspace adds
- Invoices, expenses, receivables and the 13-week cash flow overview, which none of the three tools lists as part of these plans.
- Leave requests, client portal and several company workspaces in the same place as the tasks.
- One record for the task, its time and its cost, instead of three exports to reconcile.
